Strategic plan

In 2022 the board of directors of the chamber undertook planning sessions that resulted in the development of a three-year strategic plan. The plan is reviewed each year to make sure that the chamber's activities are in line with the plan.

The plan, however, will not stay "as is" during the three-year period. It will be updated and altered if and as needs change. It is a guiding document for the board. It also provides a benchmark against which the board can measure its progress.

The chamber always welcomes comments on its strategic plan. They can be made via email to the Executive Director.
